건축자재는 해당 업종에 종사하는 영업사원 조차도 현장에서 사용되는 것을 자세히 관찰하지 못하므로 더더욱 신뢰할 수 없기도 합니다.
많은 비용이 투입됨에도 불구하고 완공되지 얼마 안된 건물에서 비가 샌다거나, 다양한 하자가 발생한다는 것은 잘못된 시공도 영향을 끼치지만 장시간 사용할 수 없거나 성능상의 문제가 발생한다면 대부분 건축자재의 문제가 되기도 합니다.
건물 완공 후 크게 신경 쓰지 않고, 오래도록 사용할 수 있는 건물이 되려면 자재의 선택은 매우 중요한 선택입니다.
