얼마전 건축인허가 절차가 완료된 인천의 숲속주택 건축물의 3D 영상입니다.
젊은 부부와 3명의 자녀를 거느린 가족의 시간의 흐름에 따라서 방구조가 바뀌면서 30년 이상 이용이 가능한 주택입니다.
보통, 가족 구성원이 변동됨에 따라서 새로운 집을 찾게 됩니다.
하지만 이곳 숲속주택은 오히려 구성원에 관계없이 벽구조를 변동이 가능한 형태로 설계되어서, 건물의 내구도가 완전히 다할 때까지 소 ~ 대가족 그리고 주택 이외의 시설로도 충분히 변동하여 사용이 가능합니다.
