작년 11월즈음 연락을 받고 상담을 진행했던 내용입니다.
기존에 30년 가까이 된 오래된 상가건물을 철거하고, 새로 지으면서 가족분들과 함께 거주하시길 원하시던 아버님 그리고 자녀분과 함께 건축상담을 진행했었습니다.
화목한 가정생활을 위한 공간 그리고 임대수익을 만들어낼 수 있는 상가주택의 아이디어와 주차 문제를 해결할 방안들을 중점적으로 상담해드렸습니다.
