Construction began in the spring of 2018 after the design was completed for 5 months after the design contract, and it was completed in May 2019, completed in June, and is currently operating as a pension.
The building's completed and open address is 609-3, Changho-ri, Sadeung-myeon, Geoje-si, Gyeongsangnam-do (Road name Address: 1228 Gajo-ro, Sadeung-myeon, Geoje-si).

Although it is open without a signboard, it is gaining so much popularity that it is impossible to use it without a reservation, so the owner of the building is also very satisfied.
