얼마전 업로드한 인천 숲속주택 실띄우기 영상과 같이 지어질 건물의 규모와 각 방의 위치 등 다양한 정보를 미리 실제 치수로 알아 보실 수 있도록 대지 경계 표시를 하여 설명을 해드렸는데요.
주변에 새로운 주택을 짓기 시작하는 분들이 많다보니, 빠르게 내용 전달을 하고 경계 표시한 내용을 지웠습니다.
인근에 여러 세대의 주택이 지어지지 않는다면 표시한 내용을 오래도록 보존해도 되지만, 다들 주변 집들이 어떻게 지어질지 예상하거나 미리 알게 된다면 우리 집의 조망권이나 좋은 뷰를 뺴앗길 수 있으므로 전략적으로 접근해야 우리집이 좋은 뷰와 환경을 득할 수 있답니다.
해당 공정은 건설사가 추후 한번 더 진행하지만, 예비 건물주 분들의 이해도를 돕기 위해 항상 진행하였습니다.
