한채의 집을 짓으시기 위해서 20여년간 땅을 보시고, 앞서 여러 무자격 건축가 그리고 건축사들을 만나시면서 실망을 하시던 예비 건물주분과 만나뵙게 되었습니다.
충분한 커뮤니케이션보다는 오직 수익만을 바라며 일하는 타 건축인들에게 피해를 보신 피해자셨습니다.
먼 길이지만, 마다하지 않고 늦은 밤까지 5시간에 달하는 긴 설계회의를 진행하였습니다.
첫 설계회의 였지만, 지금껏 뵈었던 분들보다 건축 실무를 하는 건축사만큼 지식을 갖추고 계셨습니다.
하물며, 직접 도면을 그릴줄도 아셨지만 원하는 바를 이해하지 못하고 대화와 도면에 녹여내는 분이 없다고 하셨던만큼 많은 만족도 높은 건축물을 만들어내기 위해 더더욱 정성을 다해 완성하는 것이 목표입니다.
