인근에 신축 카페를 지으시려는 분과 건축 상담을 진행 하였습니다.
대지 면적은 5000평이 넘으나, 건축 예정지에 가보니 땅을 정리하느라 장비가 많이 와있는 상태였고 바람이 많이 부는 곳이었습니다.
아직 진행 여부는 결정된게 아니지만, 높은 지대 그리고 큰 면적에 짓는만큼 주변환경과의 조화가 얼마나 중요한지 컨설팅 해드렸습니다.
